Andrew and team at Vicstar were upmost professional from the first discussion on the telephone to diagnosing and repairing the problem. What we thought was a small blockage was in fact far bigger and more complex. He communicated extremely well throughout the process, from attempting to clear the blockage to excavating and repairing the collapsed drain. Andrew continually followed up in the weeks following to ensure that everything was ok and the works were satisfactory. High recommend!

Made contact with Vic Star Plumbing to hydro jet and video camera a blocked drain. Andrew has broad experience, easy to deal with and had all the necessary equipment to locate and fix the blockage efficiently. Since then our roof had sprung a leak. Andrew and his guys used thermal imaging to trace the leak and repair our colour bond roof at a good price. Big thanks to Natasha also for coordinating the booking and keeping us up to date! Old terracotta roof needed broken tiles replaced. I contacted so many plumbers and so many didn’t even return my call/msg. I found a property manager who recommended Vic Star and they were terrific - very responsive and transparent on pricing (which was very reasonable). Professional and courteous.
